  • MT-RJ SECURE products are available in ten color-coded, keyed designs to provide a wide array of physical access controls
  • MT-RJ SECURE plugs only mate with same-colored MT-RJ SECURE jacks
    • Keying limits improper connection in segregated or secure networks
  • MT-RJ Jack design features:
    • Jack eliminates need for couplers
    • No epoxy, no polishing, no crimping
    • Each jack terminates two 900µm tight-buffered fibers
    • Two fibers in one ferrule
    • Re-terminatable - improves yield
    • Each fiber is independently tunable and locked separately
    • No bench tool required
    • Small form factor design is half the size of SC duplex
  • Same installation tools and procedures as standard MT-RJ jacks
  • SL Series Housing allows use in any faceplate or outlet that accepts SL Series Jacks

  • Connects networks utilizing MT-RJ SECURE products to equipment with standard MT-RJ, LC, SC and ST interfaces

    • Riser (OFNR) rated
    • Cable jacketing is yellow for single-mode, orange for multimode (62.5 µm and 50 µm) and aqua for XG (850 nm LO 50/125 µm) multimode
    • MT-RJ SECURE to standard MT-RJ, LC, SC or ST (as listed)
  • SC and LC connectors feature ceramic ferrules

  • LightCrimp PLUS LC connectors:

    • No Epoxy/No Polish termination: just strip, cleave and crimp
    • Termination to 250um coated or 900um tight-buffered fiber
    • Use standard LC tooling and termination procedures
    • Duplex clip (available separately) turns two simplex connectors into one duplex connector and allows for polarity correction after termination
    • No bench tool required
    • Feature ceramic ferrules
  • Key placement allows SECURE plugs to interface with standard 1.25 mm test equipment, inspection microscopes and application tooling
  • Select fiber type of LC SECURE connector to match fiber type of cable
