Vector Resources, Inc. Named Top-performing NDI of 2006
Vector Resources, Inc, of Torrance, CA was recently recognized by Tyco Electronics as their top-performing North American NETCONNECT Design and Installation Contractor (ND&I) for 2006. This is the second time that Tyco Electronics, who has more than 350 domestic ND&I’s, has publicly awarded it top contractor.
An ND&I, since 1997, Vector (http://www.vectorusa.com/) specializes in the design and implementation of high performance networking solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and has quickly become one of Southern California’s leading integration firms. “Our relationship with Vector continues growing stronger”, said Kevin Noonan, Western District Sales Manager for Tyco Electronics. “They have done an outstanding job of promoting and specifying AMP NETCONNECT products in the region. Their ability to work with, and provide their customers with quality service and support, has won them a lot of respect within the region.”

NETCONNECT Design and Installation Contractors form a worldwide network of contractors positioned to install AMP NETCONNECT Cabling Systems in compliance with ANSI/TIA-568, referenced documents and our own rigorous quality standards. All ND&I contractors are trained by Tyco Electronics instructors to properly design, install and test cabling systems and AMP NETCONNECT products. This adds up to a high level of confidence that the network infrastructure is properly installed and is eligible for the AMP NETCONNECT 25 year performance warranty. This coverage is automatically part of the package when you specify AMP NETCONNECT products end-to-end and when an AMP-authorized NETCONNECT Design & Installation (ND&I) contractor registers the network design with AMP NETCONNECT and performs the actual installation in accordance with AMP NETCONNECT requirements.
