If a component fails within 25 years of the date of installation, we'll provide the reasonable parts to replace or repair the AMP NETCONNECT product. Some conditions may apply. Who's Covered
Many suppliers provide coverage to the installer, who then provides coverage to the customer. But with the AMP NETCONNECT warranty, there is no middleman. The warranty is between you and Tyco Electronics. Which means if something goes wrong, we'll fix it. This coverage can be provided when the AMP NETCONNECT ND&I or other Registered Contractor submits the appropriate warranty submittal form.
What's Covered
The 25-Year Component Warranty applies to each separate AMP NETCONNECT product in the cabling system. Each component is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the effective date. Each component is also warranted to meet the applicable industry standard (or AMP Product Specification if the standard is not applicable). The 25-Year Component Warranty does not cover the performance of the entire cabling system.
